WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Advanced English - verbal and written
- 1+ year of call center experience:
- 6+ months of collections experience:
- Good computer skills
- Ability to commute to the site within 70 min or less
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances:
- Discuss account situations and offer appropriate payment solutions:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Provide professional, empathetic, and exceptional customer service:
- Meet established performance and quality standards
