As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).

What You Will Do:
- Design and implement solutions for Kaizen Management, Idea Systems, A3 Problem Solving, Standard Work, 5S Audits, Gemba Walks, Layered Process Audits, Training Management, and other HPS initiatives.
- Collaborate with HPS teams, operations, and support functions to identify opportunities for digitalization and process automation.
- Convert manual processes into digital workflows that improve efficiency, visibility, and data accuracy.
- Develop dashboards and reporting systems to monitor HPS KPIs, continuous improvement activities, and site performance.




- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within all developed solutions.
- Support administration and continuous improvement of HPS digital platforms such as Power Apps, Power BI, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Power Automate, Amplify, or other approved systems.
- Train employees and site champions on the use of digital HPS solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate operational needs into technical specifications.
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on digital transformation and continuous improvement.
- Standardize digital solutions to enable replication across HARMAN plants.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, automation tools, and best practices to enhance HPS deployment.
- Support internal and external audits related to HPS systems, process compliance, and digital records.
