This role offers the opportunity to lead the accounting function in Mexico, with international exposure and direct impact on financial decision-making in a fast-growing organization.
You will ensure operational excellence and financial integrity:
- Lead full-cycle accounting operations (GL, AP/AR, revenue, tax, assets)
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IFRS:
- Strengthen internal controls, policies, and procedures:
- Analyze and present financial statements and key reports:
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis:
- Collaborate with global teams (U.S. and international)
- Optimize systems and tools (SAP, Avalara)
Experiência y requisitos
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of accounting/finance experience
- 1-3 years of team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting:
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred):
- Knowledge of tax and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical, organizational, and results-driven mindset
- Professional English proficiency
- CPA (preferred):
- VISA.
- Fluent English.
