Role Description

As a Content Strategist, Emerging Products, you define the learning strategy for Salesforce's newest product innovations before they reach market. You embed early with our product and PPM teams to understand new product architectures, identify learner needs, and shape content plans ahead of general availability.
Salesforce ships new products fast, and learners need a way to build real skills the moment those products land. This role makes sure that learning is ready on day one, accurate, and built around what people actually need to do their jobs.
