Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with clients in the region.

- Experience collaborating cross-functionally to drive results within a matrixed organization.
- Ability to deliver data-driven, consultative analyses that quantify high-impact opportunities aligned with client goals.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Track record of responding to media briefs and RFPs to identify and pitch high-growth opportunities.
- Proven track record of driving impactful digital marketing and advertising strategies within the automotive and education industries.
- Investigative approach to building client relationships and translating product value.
