Job Summary:

The Director of Supply Chain is responsible for leading the end-to-end supply chain organization, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Supplier Operations, Strategic Sourcing, and Compliance.

This role serves as the senior leader responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and continuously improving the company’s supply chain strategy, processes, capabilities, systems, and organizational structure.

The Director of Supply Chain works closely with Executive Leadership, Finance, Product Development, Marketing, Operations, Sales, Retail, and Supplier partners to ensure inventory availability, operational efficiency, supplier performance, compliance, profitability, and long-term scalability.

The Director of Supply Chain is responsible for balancing service levels, inventory investment, supply continuity,



supplier performance, business growth requirements, and organizational development while creating a scalable supply chain organization capable of supporting future expansion.

The Director of Supply Chain is ultimately responsible for ensuring the organization operates from a single Plan of Record that aligns demand, supply, inventory, supplier readiness, financial objectives, and execution priorities across the business.
