JOB PURPOSE
Ensure customer orders are accurate and serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status communication, order-related issues, and timely delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive customer information and update orders accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with delivery policies.
- Communicate customer requirements to the Production Control department on the customer's behalf.
- Request the timely shipment of available finished goods inventory.
- Provide customers with timely feedback regarding the status of their orders.
- Enter, cancel, and expedite orders.
- Act as the company's official representative in maintaining effective communication and a positive working relationship with all customers, continuously striving to improve those relationships.
