Are you a highly organized communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a detail-oriented Offshore Customer Service Representative to support our U.S.based operations.

In this vital role, you will serve as the central link between our customers, appointment setters, and field technicians. Your mission will be to ensure excellent customer service, accurate job tracking, and efficient scheduling to keep our daily operations running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor.
- Data Management: Create, update, and meticulously maintain job records within our CRM systems.
- Dispatch Coordination: Align schedules closely with dispatchers and field technicians to optimize daily routes and appointment timing.
- Issue Resolution: Manage customer concerns head-on, effectively de-escalating issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed notes and customer records for future reference.





Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a BPO, customer service, dispatch, or home services environment preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (neutral accent preferred).
- Tech Savvy: Proven experience working with CRM and field service software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, or similar platforms).
- Flexibility: Ability to work U.S. business hours, including occasional weekend shifts.
