What Will You Contribute?

This is an exciting lead generation opportunity for someone interested in building a sales career within a leading financial services software organization. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play an important role in fueling top-of-funnel pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers.

Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Generate and qualify new and existing leads through inbound and outbound channels.
- Support top-of-funnel pipeline growth by conducting early-stage prospecting and qualification activities.- Support digital campaign, field marketing,



and other lead sources by following up on Marketing Qualified Leads and helping progress them through the funnel.
- Maintain active engagement with leads to increase interest in Finastra’s offerings and value propositions.
- Research accounts and contacts to identify fit, interest, business needs, and potential buying signals.
- Partner closely with Sales Executives and Marketing teams to ensure leads are being engaged appropriately and routed effectively.
- Collaborate with account executives to qualify leads and support engagement with the right contacts in the right accounts.
- Maintain accurate lead, activity, and pipeline information in CRM and sales reporting systems.
- Follow inbound process expectations, KPIs, SLAs, and activity targets.
- Own and manage lead generation activity, forecasts, and performance reporting through regular sales updates.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and Finastra products and services.
