Compass 4PL - TForce Worldwide, a 4PL logistics solutions company operating in Mexico and the United States, is looking for an International Logistics Operations Specialist for its office in Hermosillo, Sonora.

We're looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, and with an excellent service attitude, someone who makes sure our clients' cargo arrives well, on time, in compliance, and with no cost surprises. This role comes with a real growth path toward operations leadership.

What you'll do:
- Coordinate and execute international export & import operations (ocean, air, and ground): bookings and follow-up with carriers, airlines, truckers, and agents.
- Manage customs clearance, foreign trade documentation, and regulatory compliance (SAT, USMCA/certificates of origin, INCOTERMS).
- Track shipments end to end, anticipate delays, and resolve contingencies before they affect the client.
- Serve as the client's operational point of contact: communicate status, resolve questions, and handle issues with clarity and a professional touch.
- Estimate and control cost-to-serve,



allocate import-related expenses, and review supplier invoices.
- Source, negotiate, and follow up with logistics providers.
- Close files, comply with procedures (SOPs), and keep systems up to date.

What we're looking for:
- At least 2 years of experience in foreign trade, customs, exports, imports, or international logistics.
- An organized, detail-oriented, process-driven person who stays calm and keeps order under pressure.
- Excellent customer service attitude, with tact to handle unexpected situations and demanding clients.
- Comfort with numbers for operations cost analysis.
- Intermediate-advanced English.
- Proficiency in ERP & TMS Systems is a plus.

Nice to have:
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
- Coursework or experience in customs, INCOTERMS, USMCA (T-MEC).
- Prior experience at a freight forwarder or in import control.
