- About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Data Scientist to support data-driven decision-making across general markets, with a special focus on Latin America (LATAM). In this role, you will work with demographic, behavioral, and consumer data to conduct statistical analyses, generate insights, and contribute to the development of data products and analytical solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, and support strategic initiatives across the consumer and product lifecycle. While you will contribute to sampling and universe estimation activities with priority, the role offers broad exposure to end-to-end analytics projects and opportunities to drive innovation and business impact.
About You
You are a great fit to our team if you have knowledge of consumer behaviour, panels in general, consumer metrics and statistical analytics. Already existing experience with sample designs and universe updates would be a great addition. Strong stakeholder management and project management skills together with agile, solution-oriented ways of working and a high interest in decision making to bring our products forward are driving you. If you envision to work within our team profound coding experience and technical skills combined with a flexible and innovative mindset are essential skills.

- University degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Socio-economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in FMCG, Retail, Consumer Research, or a related industry
- Familiarity with the LATAM market, ideally locate
