Position Details
- Location: Remote (Must reside in Mexico)
- Pay:$8.00-$10.00 USD per hour (based on experience)
- Pay Schedule: Weekly
- Hiring: Immediate
- Contractor position

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to homeowners throughout the United States.
- Follow up with previous estimates and re-engage older leads.
- Conduct sales appointments completely over the phone.
- Build rapport with customers and explain roofing services.
- Overcome objections and confidently ask for the sale.
- Maintain accurate notes and customer information in the CRM.
- Meet daily and weekly call and sales goals.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications
- Must currently live in Mexico.:
- Must speak and understand English fluently.:




- Previous telephone sales experience is required.:
- Must be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day.
- Previous experience in inside sales, call center sales, or phone sales is required.
- Roofing industry sales experience is a major plus.:
- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Experience using CRM systems is a plus.

- Computer and headset with a microphone.
