The FP&A; Intern will be responsible for executing FP&A; Activities for Americas Aero Services and support daily related activities.
What you'll do:
- Pacing: Manage updates to Sonic (Tool), prepare file to be reviewed with the CSLs/SDs, take notes during the meetings and make adjustments in the tool under Finance Manager supervision.:
- Accounting: Prepare and post all MJEs required during monthly and quarterly closing. Own and reconcile all 30+ account recs that are needed each quarter.:
- Stat Audit/Local processes: Support LAM finance manager with DR4 items, support Stat audit requests, work with local teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.:
- Revenue recognition: Pull together revenue recognition certificates for all major deals in a timely manner, perform basic reconciliation.:
