Position: Bilingual Digital Marketing Executive
Work Model: On-site
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Objective

Develop, execute, and optimize the digital marketing strategy for Mexico, the United States, and Canada, driving brand growth, demand generation, and market positioning through high-impact content, artificial intelligence, data analysis, and continuous optimization of digital channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy
- Develop and execute the annual marketing calendar for Mexico, the United States, and Canada.




- Plan campaigns around key commercial seasons such as Hot Sale, Buen Fin, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Back to School, Christmas, and other relevant events.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, commercial initiatives, and product launches.
- Adapt marketing strategies to the specific characteristics of each country and target audience.

Content Creation
- Develop and adapt content in both English and Spanish.
- Use artificial intelligence tools to support copywriting, research, ideation, and content production.
- Generate innovative concepts that strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement.
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and brand identity across all channels.

Social Media Management
- Manage the company’s social media platforms across the three markets.
- Create, schedule, publish, and monitor content.
- Identify trends, formats, and opportunities relevant to each audience.
