We're expanding our team in Guadalajara and are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter who enjoys talking to people, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, organization, and confidence speaking with English-speaking prospects.

Guadalajara, Jalisco (Andares Area)
Hybrid position (office and remote schedule)
Professional English is required. You will communicate with prospective customers in the United States by phone and text.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Qualify leads using provided guidelines and scripts.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Accurately update customer information in the CRM.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism during customer interactions.
- Meet daily and weekly activity and appointment goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in appointment setting, inside sales, customer service, or a similar outbound calling role.
- Professional English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and experience using CRM software.
- Reliable internet connection for remote work days.
- Ability to work from our Guadalajara office on required hybrid days.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience calling U.S.based customers.
- Experience using CRMs such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
