At SkySun, we are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to lead our onboarding and training programs for new hires and support ongoing development across the team. This role is responsible not only for delivering training, but also for ensuring that representatives meet performance standards before moving into production.

Compensation
- Starting at $250 USD paid weekly

Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST
- Saturday: half day as needed

What You’ll Do
- Lead live training sessions for new hires
- Train on company processes, product knowledge, systems, and call handling
- Ensure trainees meet productivity and performance standards before graduating
- Conduct call reviews and provide actionable feedback
- Deliver 1:1 coaching sessions to reinforce performance
- Support ongoing training for promoted team members (e.g., Team Leads)
- Identify underperforming trainees early and make recommendations based on performance
- Track and report training progress using internal tools

What We’re Looking For




- Minimum 2 years of experience as a call center trainer
- Experience training in sales environments (required):
- Proficient spoken English, with experience living, studying, or working in English-speaking environments.
- C1 level in English is required:
- Technical requirements: Computer, USB headset with a microphone, a stable Wi-Fi connection and a mobile hotspot:
- Ability to lead structured training sessions and maintain engagement
- Strong coaching skills with a focus on performance improvement
- Comfortable working with dialers, CRM systems, QA tools, and reporting (Google Sheets)
- Organized, accountable, and results-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
