Overview

As a Meta Ad Content Planner, will bethe bridge between creative storytelling and media performance_._ The mission is to own the performance of creative assets_across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram)_, translating product insights and campaign objectives into high-converting ad concepts, scripts,



and execution-ready briefs in a fast-paced environment.

Needs to lead the direct-response content strategy to support the hyper-growth for Timephoria. Will work closely with the Performance Marketing team to turn data into scroll-stopping variations that drive real conversion, not just aesthetic engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign & Content Strategy
- Plan and structure targeted content for Meta ad campaignsmapped across the entire funnel (Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion).:
- Align creative concepts with target consumer pain pointsin the Mexican market (e.g., skin concerns, weather, makeup long-lasting needs).
- Manage the performance content calendar in alignment with commercial promotions,mega-campaigns (Hot Sale, Buen Fin), and e-commerce product launches.

2. Creative Brief & Content Development (Direct Response)
- Write compelling, hook-first short-form video scripts (Reels/Stories) with strong
