- Do you hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field?
- Do you have 2-4 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, HR Administration, or a customer service-oriented environment?
- Are you experienced in managing high volumes of employee transactions and inquiries while maintaining high levels of accuracy and service quality?
- Do you have hands-on experience working with HR systems such as Workday and case management tools?
- Are you familiar with end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, from hire to retire?
- Do you have experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including Payroll, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence (CoEs)?
- Are you skilled in processing HR transactions, validating employee data, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with company policies?
- Do you have experience tracking service level agreements (SLAs), managing cases, and ensuring timely resolution of employee requests?
- Are you comfortable using Excel and reporting tools to analyze data, identify trends, and support operational decision-making?
