Collaborates with multiple functions to resolve equipment and process issues and reviews timeliness and accuracy of process documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Addressing the action items found during the audits, completing the periodic preventive maintenance tasks, and enforcing the plant's procedures and policies.
- Coordinating and facilitating with the team members and supervisors to prioritize daily activities and meet the required quality and production goals, maximizing productivity.
- Documenting and reporting of data related to downtime, production equipment issues, scrap, labor time, and advising the supervisors on overtime needs.
- Reducing defects and reworks, identifying and eliminating waste, improving and standardizing processes/ methods to demonstrate and implement best practices in production.

Entry level position, typically requiring little to no related work experience. Completion of high school or equivalent is usually required.
