Job Title: Test Data Management (TDM) Engineer Location : Nearshore Job Summary:
Seeking a TDM Engineer with 4+ years of experience in Test Data Management
(TDM), ETL, and Data Provisioning. The candidate will be responsible for
designing and implementing enterprise test data solutions including data
provisioning, synthetic data generation, data masking and test data lifecycle
management using tools such as GenRocket or similar TDM platforms. Strong
programming skills in Java, Groovy, or Python, along with SQL expertise, are
required. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop Test Data Management (TDM)
solutions for enterprise applications. • Develop self-service test data
provisioning utilities using Java, Groovy, or Python. • Implement data
discovery, masking, subsetting, synthetic data generation, and data validation
processes. • Support test data requests, refresh activities, and test data
governance. • Develop SQL queries and API validations to ensure data quality and




accuracy. • Create and maintain Gold Copy databases and data provisioning
frameworks. • Collaborate with QA, Development, and DevOps teams to enable
efficient testing. • Execute Mainframe JCL batch job create extracts and push it
to Managed File Transfer (MFT). • Knowledge in integration patterns such as
Apache Camel, Kafka is preferred. • Automate API or UI workflows to conditioning
test data per requirements. Required Skills: • Test Data Management (TDM) •
Mainframe JCL • SQL and ETL • GenRocket (or Informatica TDM / similar tools) •
Core Java, Groovy, or Python • Data Masking & Synthetic Data Generation • RDBMS
and Cloud Data Sources • REST APIs Experience 4+ years of experience in Test
Data Management, Data Provisioning, Mainframe JCL, ETL, and Test Data
Automation.
