Summary
Responsible for leading recruitment strategies to fill existing job openings through effective communication with various levels of management. Develop and execute strategies to attract large pools of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, events, referrals,
and community partnerships. Partner closely with operations leaders to forecast staffing needs and align hiring strategies with business goals.
