We are seeking a visionary Principal AI Engineer to define and lead the organization’s AI strategy, architecture, and governance. This role will focus on enterprise-scale AI system architecture, generative AI, LLM integration, and AI application development. You will set technical direction, establish standards, and ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with long-term business goals. What You'll Do:
- Define and lead the enterprise-wide AI strategy, including LLM integration, generative AI, and advanced AI applications.
- Architect and govern large-scale AI systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Establish best practices, standards, and governance frameworks for AI model development and deployment.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders, product leaders, and engineering teams to align AI initiatives with business strategy.
- Mentor, guide, and influence AI engineers and teams across multiple projects.
