This full-time hybrid position is based in our Mexico City office, with versátil work options available after initial training of 3 months on-site. The role supports multiple areas and is a phenomenal opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center.
What the day will look like
As a Risk Control Consultant within the Casualty sector, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal collaborators by evaluating risk exposures, reviewing safety and compliance programs,



and finding opportunities to reduce risk and improve insurability costs for brokers. Your work will directly support clients in managing risk, controlling costs, and strengthening their insurance programs. You will work alongside brokers, risk consultants, and industry specialists to support strategic client initiatives and influence decisions that directly impact risk financing and insurance costs.
Key responsibilities include:
Conduct risk assessments and review operational practices to identify workplace hazards, compliance gaps, and opportunities for loss prevention.
Evaluate health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs, policies, procedures, training materials, and documentation to ensure alignment with regulatory and industry standards.
Review client operations and provide recommendations regarding accident prevention, safety protocols, signage, and risk mitigation measures.
