Structural CAE analysis specific to Automotive Closures and sheet metal,
including NVH, Fatigue and non-linear Impact analyses. Knowledge of Closures
interface components like seals, bumpers and wedges, as well as closures related
hardware like hinges, latches and handles preferred. Work experience to develop
and validate design countermeasures related to Closures, including systems
engineering to solve complex Closures system level issues is desired. FMEA
skills and experience necessary for Regulatory requirements and WCRs. Basic
knowledge of manufacturing processes related to design constraints.
