Introduction

The SAP Plant Maintenance Support Consultant is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of end-to-end Asset Management and Plant Maintenance business processes. This role provides functional support across the full maintenance lifecycle, including work identification, planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and closure. The consultant analyzes and resolves production incidents, performs root cause analysis, and delivers both immediate corrective actions and long-term solutions while meeting agreed service levels.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional support groups to troubleshoot system defects, integration issues, and process-related challenges. The consultant supports SAP releases, testing activities, interface monitoring, and process optimization initiatives, ensuring seamless operations across SAP Plant Maintenance and its integrations with enterprise IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems. Additionally,



the position plays a key role in user enablement, continuous improvement, functional specification development, and maintaining high-quality system performance in a complex operational environment.

Your Role And Responsibilities

As a managing consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will lead design workshops, support business development activities and mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
