About the Role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and business-driven Managing Director, Engineering Services & Machine Building (New Business) to lead the creation, growth, and long-term success of a new services business designed to unlock the value of Metalsa's engineering and manufacturing expertise.

This executive will be responsible for identifying attractive markets, defining scalable service offerings, building commercial capabilities, and creating a profitable business model that generates significant revenue growth over the coming years. The role combines business creation, strategic leadership, commercial development,



operational execution, and investment decision-making.

Reporting to the VP of Engineering and working closely with senior leadership, this individual will build and lead a new business platform focused on industrial engineering solutions, automation, machine building, equipment modernization, engineering services, prototyping, testing, and validation capabilities for external customers

Develop and execute the growth strategy for MET-S, creating a scalable and sustainable services business.
Lead the identification, validation, and prioritization of new market opportunities and service offerings.
Build and manage a diversified portfolio of engineering, automation, and industrial service solutions.
