WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join Bain’s Customer Center of Excellence (CoE), part of the Bain Capability Network and our Expert Client Delivery organization. The CoE enhances Bain’s general Customer practice by bringing expertise, speed, and competitive advantage to our client and commercial work.
Our team co-develops client pitch decks, consulting intellectual property,
and go-to-market solutions, while delivering projects that help clients unlock value across the full sales value chain and customer journey. You’ll work closely with Bain leadership, our Customer practice, subject-matter experts, and colleagues across geographies, including frequent collaboration with teams in EMEA and India.

WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As a Manager in our Customer Center of Excellence, you’ll play a critical role in driving proposal and client development efforts. You’ll partner with Bain leadership, our Customer practice across branding, marketing, and sales, and subject-matter experts to translate client needs into compelling commercial narratives and high-quality solutions.
