What We Are Looking For
5+ years of experience in business process modeling.
Strong background in systems engineering.
Consulting or professional services background with project-based, client-facing delivery experience.
Experience with application modernization, re-architecting legacy or mainframe-class systems into modern cloud platforms targeting Java, Go, or .NET.
Strong requirements gathering skills.
Advanced proficiency in English.
Nice To Have
Mainframe or COBOL domain familiarity.
