Senior Microsoft Fabric & Power BI Engineer at BairesDev

As a Senior Microsoft Fabric & Power BI Engineer, you will design and implement enterprise-scale business intelligence solutions to drive data-informed decision-making. You will act as a key architect for our reporting ecosystem, translating raw data into highly optimized dashboards and robust semantic models.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance business intelligence dashboards and interactive reports.




Build and optimize complex semantic layers and dimensional models to ensure consistent enterprise reporting.
Implement robust modern data warehousing solutions using cloud data platforms and pipeline services.
Write advanced, highly optimized SQL queries to extract and transform large datasets for downstream analytics.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key performance indicators and align technical deliveries with organizational goals.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related engineering field.
Proven expertise in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI and DAX.
Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and modern data warehousing concepts.
Strong proficiency in advanced SQL and dimensional and semantic modeling.
Advanced proficiency in English.
