Join our dynamic team as a Back Office Coordinator and be at the forefront of driving successful project outcomes through expert contract administration and stakeholder collaboration

What will you do?

Analyze project financial data and support reporting on cash flow, payables, receivables, and retention.
Process invoices, track payments, and assist with customer billing activities.
Prepare financial reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to maintain accurate project financial records.
Support month-end close and ongoing financial planning activities.
Maintain compliance with quality processes, safety regulations, and reporting requirements throughout project lifecycles

What qualifications will make you successful?

Education/Certification Desired Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field (Required).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with financial data and reporting.
Proficient Excel skills including pivot tables, data analysis,



VLOOKUPs, and financial reporting templates.
Experience with ERP systems (Sage 300 CRE, Viewpoint, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with project managers and senior leaders.
Previous internship, co-op, or professional experience in finance, accounting, AP/AR, or financial operations is preferred.
Advanced English is a MUST.
