What You'll Do:

? Identify New Business Opportunities
Research potential sellers and brands across Mexico.
Prospect and reach out to potential business partners.
Build relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and local businesses.
? Support Seller Growth
Help new sellers successfully join the SHEIN Marketplace.
Understand each seller's business and identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide the best onboarding experience.
? Analyze Business Performance




Monitor seller performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Use Excel and business data to support recommendations.
Assist with promotional campaigns and growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree (or recent graduate) in Business, Marketing, International Business, E-commerce, Economics, or related fields.
Advanced English (written and spoken).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with solid Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
Interest in sales, business development, or e-commerce.
Previous internship or experience in sales, commercial roles, customer success, or e-commerce is a plus—but not required.
