Senior Product Designer at BairesDev
In this role, you'll design and improve the usability of a complex enterprise product with dense, high-intensity workflows. Leaning heavily on AI design tooling and an established AI-aligned design system, you'll pair closely with UI software engineers for clean, efficient handoff. What You'll Do
Design and improve usability across complex, high-intensity enterprise product workflows.
Use AI design tooling to accelerate the design process from concept to handoff.
Maintain and contribute to the existing design system.
Pair with UI engineers to ensure clean, efficient design-to-engineering handoff.
Integrate customer feedback and usability insights into ongoing design improvements.
What We Are Looking For
5+ years of experience in product design.
Experience with AI design tooling such as Lovable or Claude Design.
Strong experience designing UX/UI for complex enterprise software.
Experience working within and contributing to design systems.
Advanced proficiency in English.
Nice To Have
Experience designing dense or intense workflow interfaces.
iPaaS or enterprise integration domain experience.
Background in UX research.
Experience with prototyping.
Frontend development experience.
