We help 7 and 8 figure ecommerce businesses develop, optimize and scale their owned media marketing efforts. Whether they are just looking to start email marketing, they need to really refine what they are currently doing or they need someone to take email marketing off their shoulders, we’re here to help them so that they can focus on running the business.

Our clients are leaders in their industry and have built strong relationships with the customers they serve. Our job is to ensure that their brand image stays consistent online and offline and, more importantly, that their business is growing.

Summary of The Position

* This is NOT an entry level position - we are looking for someone with specialized experience *

As a senior retention marketing strategist, you will own the end-to-end strategy for our clients' email marketing campaigns, SMS and retention systems.



Your role includes developing strategic plans, analyzing performance data, reporting on results, and continuously optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.

You are the last line of approval for copy, design and overall campaign/flow quality ensuring every deliverable meets our standards before reaching the client. You'll work closely with a copywriter & a designer and, while you don’t need to ‘be’ a copywriter or designer, you need to be proficient with both & able to spot ‘great’ from ‘good’ from ‘bad’.

Required Skills

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with DTC brands
Deep understanding of Klaviyo
Experience copywriting
