Senior Business Process Consultant at BairesDev

As a Senior Business Process Consultant, you will drive operational excellence by analyzing and optimizing core business workflows. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex organizational needs into clear, actionable technical solutions.

What You'll Do

Lead requirements gathering sessions and design comprehensive as-is and to-be process maps.
Translate business needs into high-quality user stories and clear acceptance criteria.




Manage stakeholder relationships and align expectations across diverse organizational teams.
Facilitate backlog refinement, prioritization, and planning within Agile frameworks.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and maintain thorough project documentation.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Process Consulting, or a related field.
Proven expertise in requirements gathering and business process mapping.
Strong hands-on experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog refinement, and UAT coordination.
Advanced proficiency in English.
