About The Role





You're not just managing comments — you're building culture. As our Social Media & Community Manager, you'll be the everyday voice of SharkNinja's online communities and a hands-on creator who can take an idea from concept to published video, solo. You'll live where community, content, and culture meet — turning conversations into loyalty and trends into scroll-stopping content. It moves fast, the ownership is real, and your work goes live to a global audience from day one.

What You'll Do

Community & Engagement

Own day-to-day community management across social platforms, forums, and online groups — monitoring, responding, and representing the brand with speed and authenticity.
Build genuine relationships with community members, brand advocates, and creators to turn followers into a loyal, organic advocacy engine.
