Your Role at Vantive

As an IT Project Manager at Vantive, you will lead and deliver high-impact technology projects that enable and support Vantive’s strategic objectives. What You’ll Be Doing

You will bring strong technical expertise and business acumen,



along with a solid understanding of project development processes and/or the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities may evolve as organizational strategy develops, working in ambiguous environments and managing multiple priorities simultaneously would be part of the role.

Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects successfully, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Own and manage project deliverables, including technical solutions, implementation, support, and overall quality across multiple phases of the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with Portfolio teams, Application Owners, Enterprise Architecture, and cross-functional IT and business partners to align priorities, timelines, and resources.
