Requirements:
- Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 1.5 years in automotive.
Main Responsabilities:
- To Track the items of each supplier in daily basis making sure we have enough material in Plant also enough material in transit to cover the production plan.
- Send a release/purchase order to the supplier on time in order to request the material.
- Send a forecast in weekly basis to the supplier in order to keep them aware of any demand fluctuation.
- Make sure all the invoices are received in SAP.
- Evaluate the production plan in advance to communicate our team of any risk of shortage of material.
- Elaborate the plan of the cycle count process.
- To make sure the cycle count process is being done on time.
- To track the inventory discrepancies after the cycle count process gets done.
- Follow up the pick up's in the plant of the supplier and also make sure the material is arriving the plant on time.
- To track all the engineering chance properly in order to avoid any obsolescence.
- To maintain the good inventory level of raw material in Plant considering the safety stock amount established.

- MRP system
- Waterfall reports.
- Demand variation.
- To manage oversea suppliers.
