Location: Av. Hidalgo #2404, Colonia Obispado (Torre TOP), Monterrey, Actual León, Mexico.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Responsibilities
- Source and identify top talent using LinkedIn, job boards, and passive candidate sourcing strategies, with a focus on LATAM markets.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their unique needs and tailor the recruitment process accordingly.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews, evaluating candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for our organization.
- Utilize ATS Oracle to efficiently manage the recruitment process, tracking applicants,
and maintaining organized records.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to tap into passive candidate pools and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with the HR team to create an engaging candidate experience, enhancing our employer brand.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously improving our recruitment processes.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing our strategies.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, offering guidance on recruitment, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience (preferably with operations in LATAM)
- University Degree
- Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
