This role
The Business Development Retail Manager exists to lead the sustainable and profitable growth of PayJoy Mexico’s retail network, being responsible for the operational and commercial performance of PayJoy points of sale.
This role is strategically important to the business because it connects the company’s commercial vision with day-to-day execution in stores. It ensures that each point of sale has the right inventory, maintains healthy credit risk metrics, effectively executes promotions and marketing campaigns, and achieves its sales targets. By managing supervisory routes and resolving operational issues in a timely manner, this position reduces variability across stores, protects business margins, and ensures a consistent customer experience throughout the entire retail network.
Responsibilities
Inventory Management Across the Retail Network: Design and oversee inventory control processes across all points of sale, coordinating closely with Supply Chain to ensure optimal stock levels that prevent both stockouts and overstock situations. Safeguard product availability for sales while minimizing excess inventory that could negatively impact operational profitability.
Maintenance of Healthy Credit and Risk Metrics: Continuously monitor
