**Sales Agent - Specializing in Scuba Diving**
We are looking for our next talent to join our sales team in Playa del Carmen.
**Skills**:
- Fluent in written & spoken English
- Ideally, at least one additional language (German, Spanish, Italian, French, Dutch, or Russian)
- **Must be a certified Scuba diver and have strong knowledge of the PADI system**:
- **Strong sales skills and commercial awareness**:
- Meet profit and sales targets
- Attention to detail
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Team Player
- High Proficiency with the Pack Office and Google Workspace
- **Resident of Playa del Carmen**:
- **Commitment to long-term**
**Job Duties**
- Coordinate transportation & occasionally welcome customers onsite (hotels&transfers;)
- Work with clients to determine their needs.
- Customer service:
pre-booking and dealing with occurring problems, complaints, or refunds
