**Job Summary**
As an Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support in a retail environment.
This role involves assisting customers with their inquiries, promoting products, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
**Duties**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of products
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
**Skills**
- Experience in retail sales or sales administration is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
- Knowledge of insurance sales practices is beneficial
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations for handling customer information
