BVGroup, Gibraltar-based, seeks a Head of AML to lead the governance and continuous improvement of the AML/CTF framework.
You will implement AML strategy, strengthen control environments, and work with the MLRO to ensure regulatory readiness across the business.
You will oversee AML testing, risk assessments and reporting to senior management, collaborating with key stakeholders on audits, regulatory engagement and training initiatives.
The role is on-site in Gibraltar.
