The specialist will drive the design, deployment, adoption and evolution of identity lifecycle and governance capabilities, ensuring secure, automated, and compliant access management across the enterprise.
Requisitos Requirements - Proven hands-on experience implementing SailPoint (IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud).
- Experience integrating IGA platforms with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems.
- Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access governance, RBAC, and provisioning connectors.
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, ISO *****, NIST).
- Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end implementation and evolution of the SailPoint IdentityIQ/Identity Security Cloud solution.




- Design and configure integration with SAP SuccessFactors to enable HR-driven identity lifecycle management (joiner, mover, leaver processes).
- Define and implement access certifications, role-based access control (RBAC), provisioning/deprovisioning workflows, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and align governance processes with compliance frameworks.
- Ensure the solution supports audit, regulatory, and internal security requirements.
