Role - Operations Manager
Location - Mexico
Years of Experience - 6+years of experience into Operations

Skills:
*3-4 years in a managerial role in a customer service, operations, or administrative environment. Experience in visa processing, consular services, outsourcing, or high-volume service centers is highly desirable.

*Must know Spanish language

Strong understanding of:
*Visa application processes and documentation requirements.
* Service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) management.
*Queue management, resource planning, and capacity optimization.
*Compliance with data protection (e.g., GDPR), confidentiality, and anti-fraud
