We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Specialist to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).
RPG is primary (DB2, AS400 and similar skills)
Day to Day job Duties:
- Experience of working on Healthcare Provider and Payer applications
- Advanced knowledge of AS/400 , RPGLE concepts as well as practical programming knowhow
- Working knowledge of the CL environment
- Well versed Batch Job handling, debugging and Job servicing.
- A good knowledge of Job scheduling. Knowledge of Job schedulers/RBO schedulers
- Collaborate with internal teams and interact with customers to find solutions for projects and operational issues for existing and proposed Oracle Engineered Systems (Exadata, Exalogic and Super Clusters)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in RPG programming
- Solid experience in application development and maintenance on IBM iSeries (AS/400) platform
- IBM IAcess Client, ACS Session Manager
- Strong knowledge of DB2 for SQL, and database design
- IBM DFU utility, Schedule M
- ServiceNow
Travel: Work from NTT facility
Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
Nice to Have; (But not a must)
- Knowledge of Java would be looked forward to A sound understanding of the HAWKEYE tool would be a great advantage for the position
- AWS production support experience would be an added advantage
- AWS (Lamda, Secret Manager, Cloud Watch, SQS, S3, Code Pipeline)
