We are seeking a Customer Support Agent to join our team and contribute to the continued growth of the Pure app.

What will you do?
Deal with user complaints in system chats, identify the root causes and promptly find solutions to correct them;
Answer user letters in the customer service system, help users with their tech or other issues, provide customers comprehensive information about the company’s services and products;
Analyse users' queries, check the information from users in different systems (admin-panel, analytical system, Google console, users logs system, payment merchant system)



and make a decision about posting the problem in corporate chat to resolve it with developers/product managers;
Resolving financial chargeback disputes;
2 days on / 2 days off 13PM – 1AM CST

Who are we looking for?
You enjoy resolving issues and helping others
You have a high level of English and French will be a big plus
Experience working in Customer Support
