Nokia NI IP Customer Engineer provides professional services for design, integration, migration, upgrade and optimization of complex IP networks and mission-critical network management solutions. While the initial projects will be IP Networking related, as part of the Network Infrastructure Customer Engineering team, the NI Customer Engineers will have the opportunity to cross-train and work on Optical Networking and Fixed Networking technology projects. As a Customer Engineer, you will be expected to and will have the opportunity to continuously upskill on emerging AI automation tools, building and utilizing AI agents to innovate workflows and accelerate productivity.

Nokia NI IP Customer Engineer provides professional services for design, integration, migration, upgrade and optimization of complex IP networks and mission-critical network management solutions. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Works typically in several technology areas with intermediate to advanced skill level or with one technology area at an advanced skill level.
- Creates implementation plan and technical infrastructure documents.
- Knows and works according to the Systems Integration (SI) delivery process.
- Creates test strategy and test cases.
- Contributes to gathering customer requirements, analysis, feature specification and requirement feasibility study.
- Contributes to migration procedures.
- Contributes to knowledge documentation in various tools like Sharepoin
