Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience
as a Scrum Master, leading teams under scaled agile frameworks, mainly
SAFe (mandatory)
.
Proficiency in
MS Project, Jira, and Confluence
.
Experience in risk, dependency, and impediment management.
Full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience.
Scrum Master Certification
(CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
Intermediate-Advanced English
(B2 level).
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the delivery of technology projects and initiatives on time, within scope, and with high quality.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote Scrum and SAFe best practices.
Coordinate teams and stakeholders to guarantee the achievement of objectives.
Manage risks, dependencies, and blockers.
Track metrics, KPIs, and executive reports using Jira and Confluence.
Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
