Motive seeks an Implementation Consultant based in Mexico to lead end-to-end onboarding for SMB, CMRL and MM customers, delivering standardized deployments remotely. You will partner with Support, Sales and Customer Success to reduce deployment friction and ensure on-time go-lives with measurable KPIs.
You will also lead Spanish-language enablement sessions, configure standard integrations, and manage timelines and risks to drive customer adoption and successful handoffs.
