Compensation and benefits
Base salary: $19,****** – $31,****** MXN gross per month
Unlimited sales bonus — no cap, tied directly to your performance. Your results, your earnings.
Attendance bonus: $2,****** MXN per month
Grocery vouchers: 10% of salary, beginning at permanent contract (after 90-day probation period)
Paid training from day one
Paid uniforms at permanent contract
Statutory benefits from day one — IMSS, paid vacation, aguinaldo, and vacation premium
Referral program: up to $****** MXN per successful referral

No evenings. No weekends. Monday through Friday,



8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Because our customers are in the U.S. and Mexico no longer observes daylight saving time, this schedule shifts by one hour — to 7:00 AM–4:00 PM — during the U.S. daylight saving period, roughly March through November.
What you'll do
Generate new business through compelling outreach to potential customers via phone, email, voicemail, and text, promoting the financial services we offer
Understand each potential client's unique needs in order to close sales and meet performance metrics
Verify customer application information and gather additional details when needed
Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales goals
Use active listening to build genuine connection, understand customer requirements, and finalize sales
Apply strong communication and negotiation skills to work through customer objections
Maintain a professional demeanor and deliver an exceptional experience at every stage of the sales process
Enter customer data with strong attention to detail
Take on other related duties as assigned
Heads up on pace: this is a high-volume call center role. You should be comfortable making 125+ calls per day.
✅ What you'll bring
Required
Fluent English, written and verbal
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in sales and/or collections
Comfort with a 125+ call-per-day call center environment
Strong MS Office and typing skills
Ability to multitask across phone and computer
Capacity to maintain confidentiality of compliance-related information and materials
Nice to have
Leadership experience — this role can grow into a leadership position
Customer focus and adaptability across different personality types
Strong call control
